Head Chef Berard, known as “CHEF” to his team, has been with Bravo! from the beginning when we opened our doors on the 13th February 2010.

Born and bred in the Seychelles, and after spending 6 years in Canada training to be a chef, He has always had a passion for food.

His natural flair for Creole and International cuisine and his ability to inspire his team contributes to tasty, hearty, meals.
